Discovery 40 experience

A friend of mine insists that I must go to a seminar with him tonight.
So I go and find out that it's a grad. ceremony and a seminar of an organization named " Discovery 40"

My friend is one of the graduate of their first course (there's totally 3 courses) and he brings me there, hope that I can learn more about this course and join it.

This is an organisation offering courses to help one to learn more about oneself through various activities, by this way, one can improve oneself and lead to a more successful and happier life.

I am quite interested in this kind of courses, but just the fee slows down my steps towards the enrollment and I am not quite sure if the course can really helps me to look into myself and even though I know well about myself, how can the course makes me make up my mind to start the change.

I asked one of the graduate when we were having a shareing in a small group and he does give me a very convincing reason to join.

I questioned him how come he cannot improve and learn about himself through the conversation or some sharing with friends and family or just through self-review process, instead of joining the couses
He told me that friends can let one know who one is, but they cannot let you feel the real self one is.

I am planning to join this course, I will shares my feeling here after I have finished the course.
