New rules to be effective on Sept 01, 2006.
A meeting was held on Aug 31, 2006 3:30pm, announcing that new rules to be effective on Sept 01, 2006.
New Rule#1
Punishment for lateness: $500 will be deducted for 3 times late, $1000 will be deducted for 5 times late, to be fired for the 6 time late.
New Rule#2
We will have alternative Sat. off from Sept onwards, but working works will start from 8:30am, instead of 9am everday, while keeping the off time at 6pm
I am now searching jobs again, not for the new RULES, but the theories behind - expoliting his staffs for getting all advantages for himself.
Why don't him elongate the working hours from 6pm to 6:30pm? As it's our reponsibility to work overtime after 6pm in his mind.
Why don't him offer a monthly bouns for those who haven't been sick off and late within a month?
How can he executing such a harsh policies.
